A commercial move is a schedule problem. Two to three weeks out we walk the space, count seats, and confirm the building's freight and COI requirements at both ends. The week before, crates and labels go out so every box and every workstation is tagged to a destination floor and seat.
On move night we disconnect, protect, load, and transport; overnight or across the weekend we set, reassemble, and stage boxes at each seat.

We crate and transport monitors, docks, printers, and rack hardware with anti-static wrap and dedicated carts, coordinating the disconnect and reconnect with your IT team or vendor. We don't unrack live production hardware ourselves.
