Sometimes, yes — especially for studio, 1-bedroom, and small 2-bedroom moves on weekdays. Call us with the address, inventory, and timing and we'll tell you in one call whether we have a slot. We won't string you along with 'we'll check and call back tomorrow.'

Is there a rush fee or last-minute surcharge?

Accepted Answer

No. Last-minute jobs are quoted at the same transparent hourly rate as a planned move. The crew, truck, equipment, and insurance are identical — and so is the price.

How late in the day can you start a move?

Accepted Answer

Crews can typically start as late as 2-3 PM and still finish a studio or 1-bedroom the same day. For larger homes a same-day late start risks running past dark, so we'll usually recommend a first-thing-next-morning slot instead.

What if my move is across state lines and last minute?

Accepted Answer

Short-notice long-distance moves are tougher because of route planning and delivery windows. We can sometimes load same-day for regional Southeast routes (Charlotte, Nashville, Birmingham, Tampa) but cross-country moves usually need at least 3-5 days of lead time.
