3. How to Move a 75-inch TV Without Breaking the Screen
Modern flat-screen TVs are a marvel of technology, but they are incredibly fragile. Unlike old tube TVs, modern LED and OLED screens are not built to handle the vibrations and shifting of a moving truck. Even if the screen doesn't "crack," internal electronic failure can occur if the TV is laid flat or improperly secured.
Always keep the original box if possible. If not, a professional heavy-duty, double-walled TV box is mandatory. Never use just a moving blanket; blankets protect against scratches, but they do nothing to prevent the frame from flexing and snapping the internal crystal display.
