The whole city is built around a 100+ mile cart-path network, and every residential street has at least one path crossing or tunnel. Our crews stage trucks to avoid blocking path crossings (PCPD will ticket otherwise) and we plan loading positions in advance. The four village centers (Aberdeen, Kedron, Braelinn, Wilksmoor) each have distinct housing stock — Aberdeen older 1980s, Kedron mid-1990s, Braelinn 2000s, Wilksmoor newest. Most homes are 3,000–4,500 sq ft with attached garages and standard driveways. The corporate-housing area near Falcon Field accommodates Pinewood Studios and Panasonic tenants.
