Whitewater and the surrounding subdivisions are 1990s–2010s suburban with attached garages and standard driveways. Trilith (the new master-planned community next to Pinewood Studios) has European-village-style townhomes and single-families with narrower streets and HOA-coordinated loading. Highway 314 plus I-85 is the main approach.
