Our crews load the truck in unload order so the elevator trips are continuous instead of stop-and-start, which is the single biggest difference between a 3-hour high-rise move and a 6-hour one.

Studios and 1-bedrooms in Midtown and O4W usually land inside the 2-hour minimum with two movers; 2-bedrooms with a long dock-to-elevator walk run 3–6 hours. Everything is billed at our standard transparent hourly rate: blankets, shrink wrap, mattress bags, dollies, floor runners, door-jamb protectors, and basic bed disassembly and reassembly are included. There is no per-stair fee, no long-carry fee, and no elevator fee.
