The Perimeter high-rises are the strictest in the area — COI, elevator reservation, and a floor-protection plan, all of which we file in advance. A COI is just proof that our cargo and liability coverage names your building — but a missing one is the number-one reason apartment moves get turned away at the door. Send us your property manager's requirements when you book and we deal with the office directly, including elevator reservations and any building-specific move-in agreement.
Perimeter 1-bedrooms run 2–4 hours; the long garage-to-unit distances, not the furniture, are what add time here.
