Grantville, Moreland, Turin, Haralson — south Coweta small towns
These four small cities anchor the southern and western edges of Coweta County. Each has a population well under 5,000, a historic downtown of a few blocks, and a rural-feeling surrounding area. Unincorporated Coweta — most of the population

I-85 is the primary commuter route into Atlanta. Off-peak from Newnan to Midtown is 45 minutes; from Senoia (which is east of I-85) it's 50–55 via Hwy-74 and I-85. Rush hour I-85 South into Atlanta is rough between 7:00 and 9:30 AM at the I-285 interchange — add 30+ minutes.
Many Coweta residents who work in Atlanta time their commutes early (leaving before 6:30 AM) or work from home several days a week to avoid the worst of it.
