We issue building-specific COIs within 24 hours of request — usually same-day. Send us your property manager's COI requirements when you book and we'll handle it directly. Required by most luxury Atlanta high-rises and many mid-rise apartment buildings.

How much does an apartment move cost in Atlanta?

Studios and 1-bedrooms typically finish inside our 2-hour minimum at our standard hourly rate, which includes the crew, truck, fuel, blankets, shrink wrap, dollies, and basic disassembly/reassembly. 2-bedrooms usually run 3-5 hours with a 2-3 mover crew. No per-stair, per-flight, or fuel surcharges within Metro Atlanta.

Do you charge extra for stairs or walk-up apartments?

Accepted Answer

No. Walk-ups, basement carries, and high-floor freight elevators are all included in the hourly rate. Unlike many movers, we do not bill per-stair or per-flight surcharges. The only thing that affects your total is the time it takes to do the job right.

Question 4

What if my building has a 2-hour elevator reservation?

Accepted Answer

Most luxury Atlanta high-rises only allow a 2-3 hour service-elevator window. We pre-stage the truck, load the elevator efficiently, and hit your reservation cleanly to avoid building fines. Tell us your elevator window when you book and we'll size the crew to match.

Can you move me on the 1st or last day of the month?

Accepted Answer

Yes — those are our busiest dates and they fill 3-4 weeks ahead. Book early if you have a hard lease end date. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute first-of-the-month moves if a crew opens up.
